Capture the taste of spring in a cocktail! Join Steven Smith Teas and Public Provisions as we demonstrate how to blend ingredients and transform ordinary clear spirits into vibrant libations using seasonal herbs and botanicals borrowed from Portland's blooming spring.
This two hour class will begin with the art of blending and the basics of flavor profiles by Steven Smith Teas and continue with infusion methods to extract those flavors and aromas to create floral, herbaceous, and botanical spirits and syrups by Public Provisions. Participants will create their own spirit infusions as well as learn and taste how best to use them in refreshing, delicious springtime cocktails.
